Early life
La Barba Roja, as called Xabi Alonso, was born on November 25, 1981 in Tolsa, Spain. His father, Alonso, is FC Barcelona soccer player and won the Spanish championship twice as a Real Sociedad player. Career
At the age of 19, he made his debut in the first team Real Sociedad.
