- Water – 1 litre
- Sugar – 2 cups or 300 grams
- Pista – 10 – 12 pieces (chopped)
- Paneer – 300 grams (mashed)
- Saffron – 8 to 10 strands
- Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
- Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk – 600 ml or 4 cups
- Nestlé MILKMAID – ½ tin
How to prepare:
Step 1: Take a small bowl and crumble the paneer. Then, knead it and form a small dough. Check the texture to be smooth.
Step 2: Take a pan and pour water in it. Then add sugar in the pan. Now, bring the mixture to a bowl to form a syrup.
Step 3: Now, take the paneer down and make small balls. Flatten these balls gently. Start adding them in the sugar syrup and let it cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Ensure to keep the heat medium and cover the pan with a lid. Once cooked, remove it from the gas stove and let it cool.
Step 4: Take a pan and add Nestlé MILKMAID and Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk. Mix it well and bring it to a boil. The mixture should reduce to almost half the quantity. Then, add cardamom powder and saffron. Mix it properly with a spatula. Now, let it cool.
Step 5: Now, take out the rasgullas from the sweet sugary syrup, and squeeze it gently. Once the sugar syrup is removed, put the rasgullas in the saffron syrup.
Step 6: Sprinkle chopped pistas on the rasgullas and serve them chilled.
2. Mango Shahi Tukda

Take a bowl and pour Nestlé a+ Nourish Milk and add Nestlé MILKMAID. Simmer the mixture for 3 to 4 minutes. Put the crumbled bread pieces in it. Mix it properly in the mixture. Let the mixture cool down. Once cooled, pour the mango puree. Mix it well.
- For preparing Tukda:
Take a bread slice and cut it into a round shape with a cutter. Place a pan on a low flame and toast these bread slices. Grease the pan with some Nestlé EveryDay Shahi Ghee to make crisp toasts.

Take the toasts and spread rabri on it. Cut mango slices and put them on the rabri. Sprinkle pistachio silvers.
